The composition of the Multi Pass was well-organized, and the customer service was kind and quick to respond even when problems occurred due to bad weather. However, it was a bit disappointing that there were few attractions available during the off-season.

Awesome trip.However, it needs more improvement. Suggestions for it #1) Display of Mir boards for direction for various activities (in English also) e.g. from where one can board a train for Mer de Glace and Montenvers. No where it was mentioned that it from the railway station at Chamonix.
