It was a too expensive price for the day pass, but we chose it because we could see many more things with it than only going up to midi. We would have have liked to choose the 2 day pass, but the website did not allow scheduling of the visit of you choose it.
We realised only after we arrived for the visits that scheduling is in reality, quite flexible... Not as rigid as the website makes it sound.

The multi-pass ticket allowed us to see the Mer de Glace and Aiguille du Midi on the same day. Buy in advance, but be aware that weather can impact the timing of your trio, primarily Aiguille du Midi. Both sites were worth the journey.
