The staff we dealt with in the ticket office by the aiguille du midi cable car were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The only issue is how the general public queue for their cable car. If the staff proactively asked only people with the next car number to join the queue, his would simplify the confusion at busy periods. A standby queue might be an option to fill no shows.

Absolutely unforgettable experience with MONT-BLANC Natural Resort. We bought the Mont Blanc MultiPass, and it was one of the best decisions of our trip. It offers excellent value for money and is significantly cheaper than booking each cable car, railway and attraction separately. It also gave us the flexibility to explore several incredible locations without having to think about individual tickets every time. Everything was extremely well organised, and the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The views across the Mont Blanc massif, mountains and glaciers were simply breathtaking. Every site offered a completely different and unforgettable experience. The MultiPass is absolutely worth it and the best way to experience everything the area has to offer.
