We had a sublime experience with our Mont Blanc Pass; as a family, it was great value, and we had several amazing experiences over 3 days. Even when the weather wasn't great, we got out and experienced the Chamonix valley. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at your different sites.

One disappointment was we could not descend from the summit when we wanted to. We had to wait an extra hour as we were assigned a time slot. This made our time to hike and explore Chamonix very limited. There should be just a line up to descend from the summit not an assigned time. We spent much longer at the summit than we intended. We were not made aware of this at any time before getting on the gondola to the summit.

It was inconvenient because I could not change the entry date for the Aiguille du Midi viewpoint online using only the reservation number before printing the physical pass. Fortunately, I sent an inquiry email, and I was very grateful that the person in charge personally made the change and sent it back to me promptly.
