The Trail des Aiguilles Rouges (TAR) is a semi-autonomous trail. It takes place in a limited time on natural mountainous terrain using the hiking trails of the Aiguilles Rouges massif. It offers a course of about 54 km and 4000 meters of elevation gain. The 2022 edition will depart from Chamonix for a loop in the heart of the Aiguilles Rouges, and will return to Chamonix.
